Marchese Factory Authorized Service and Warranty Center

Our service shop is staffed by factory trained and authorized technicians and is open 6 days a week for your convenience.

We not only service our own brands, but are happy to assist you with service on other brands as well. We offer authorized warranty work on many popular major brands. Call for details.

The normal warranty on MCP brand computers is 1 year, parts & labor, carry-in. Warranties do not cover abuse or misuse. Extended warranties are available.

Normal service shop hours are from 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday and 10 to 5 on Saturdays. You may drop items off for service until 6 P.M. Monday thru Thursday, until 8 P.M. on Fridays, and from 10 to 5 on Saturdays.

Turn-around time will vary, but is usually less than 72 hours if special parts orders are not necessary or equipment does not need to be sent back to the manufacturer.
