We offer live tech support 6 days a week during our regular
business hours. During non-business hours we have emergency
numbers available for clients with guaranteed response time
contracts and/or mission critical systems.
Support is supplied for hardware, software, and services
supplied by Marchese Computer (or covered under contract).
We do not supply free support for products and services
purchased from other parties.
Many support questions are handled free of charge. i.e.,
questions setting up hardware purchased from us, configuring
your PC for our dial-up service, resolving issues with a
web hosting account, e-mail issues, etc.. Free tech support
is a "courtesy service" we supply for our clients;
it is not intended to replace training, user education,
or other services which would normally billed at an hourly
rate. If your question involves more than a few minutes
to resolve, it probably falls under billable support.
More in-depth phone support is available at our regular
hourly rates, or as part of the hours purchased on a support/service
contract.
We have professionals on staff to answer the majority of
all support questions. In those rare cases where we don't,
we have the proper contacts and expertise to research a
problem and get the answers for you.
