With over 200 years of cumulative expertise, computer degrees, numerous industry certifications, and extensive hand-on working experience, our employees are anxious to provide solutions for you.

Paul Marchese
President

Paul Marchese, owner/president, started Marchese Computer Products in 1981. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the University of Rochester. He is also a Certified Network Engineer and a Certified Telephony Engineer.

Paul is regularly involved in community activities, a member of the Batavia Rotary, active in the Boy Scouts of America, and host of Computer Bits - the computer show aired weekly on WBTA 1490. His favorite activities include golf, racquetball, and attending Buffalo Bills games.

Paul resides in Batavia with his wife Sandra and two sons Joseph and Michael.

Jim Moore
General Manager

Jim has been with the company since 1987. Prior to entering the computer field full-time, he spent 25 years with the Harris Seed Co. of Rochester in various management positions. Jim studied engineering and business in college (more years ago than he likes to admit).

In addition to general management duties and sales related activities, Jim does web design work and custom programming for Marchese's.

Favorite non-computer activities including reading and cooking.

Chad Vallett
Service Manager

Chad has been with the company since October of 1999. He graduated from Attica Central School, and then attended Genesee Community College where he completed two programs in three years. He has a degree in Electronic Technology and one in Computer Repair.

In addition to the administrative tasks associated with service shop management, Chad does service and warranty work on PCs and printers and a substantial amount of customer support.

Chad's other interests includes hunting, fishing, and restoring old cars.

Connie Stack
Office Manager

Connie has been with the company since December of 1999. Previously Connie was the General Manager at WBTA and The Spot.

She is responsible for receivables, payables, payroll, and personnel. Connie is also an accomplished FrontPage designer and has a broad range of technical skills.

Connie's other interests are her websites (Stacks Place and PSP Made EZ), Quilting, Sewing, Cross Stitching, and Gardening.

Tom has been with the company since 1995. He graduated from Batavia High School where he majored in Art and Science.

Tom is responsible for ordering, shipping, receiving, and retail display. Being well versed in hardware, software, and internet, he also does customer support, wireless installs, and general PC service work.

Tom is an avid sports fan, waiting in much anticipation for the next Sabres game. He is also interested in other physical activities along with a wide array of interest in music.

Hayley Hawley
Assistant Office Manager

Hayley has been with Marchese's since December 2004. She brings experience in customer service, inventory control, and retail operations to the company.

Current duties include phone contacts, inventory maintenance, bookeeping, data entry, correspondence, and general website maintenance.

Personal interests include photography, playing the drums, and animals (her Boston Terrier Lucy & Olde English Bulldogge Pepper).
